Use Filemint Studio for documents you are authorised to process. Keep a separate copy of important originals. Your files and the rights in them remain yours.

Review your output

Conversion results depend on file structure, fonts, scan quality and browser support. Check layout, formulas, translations and recognised text before submission. Passport dimensions and citation formatting should be checked against the requirements of the receiving organisation.

Signatures and archival files

The signature tool creates a visual signature and a portable request file. Where identity checks, a signing certificate or an audit trail are required, use the process specified by the recipient. For archival deposits, validate the exported PDF against the institution’s required PDF/A profile.
